All Dreamshot employees, contractors, and anyone representing the company.
Policy
Professional Behavior
We expect everyone to:
- Treat colleagues, clients, and partners with respect
- Communicate honestly and constructively
- Meet commitments and deadlines
- Ask for help when needed
- Give and receive feedback gracefully
Communication Standards
- Be clear and direct in written and verbal communication
- Respond to messages within expected timeframes
- Use appropriate channels (Slack for internal, email for external)
- Keep meetings focused and respect others' time
Confidentiality
You must protect:
- Client data: Never share client assets, images, or information externally
- Company information: Financial data, strategy, and internal discussions are confidential
- Personal data: Handle colleague and client personal information according to GDPR
Use of Company Resources
- Company equipment and accounts are for business use
- Personal use is acceptable if it doesn't interfere with work
- Always use secure passwords and enable 2FA where available
Conflicts of Interest
- Disclose any situation where personal interests could conflict with company interests
- Do not accept gifts or payments from vendors/clients without approval
- Outside work is permitted if it doesn't conflict with your role
Social Media
- Do not speak on behalf of Dreamshot unless authorized
- Keep client work confidential—do not share without permission
- Personal opinions should be clearly distinguished from company positions
Reporting Concerns
If you witness or experience behavior that violates this code:
- Speak directly with the person involved (if comfortable)
- Report to your manager
- Report to the CEO if your manager is involved
All reports will be handled confidentially.
